The next wave of newly confirmed bands for the Area4 festival 2010 is led by the EDITORS. The four-piece from Birmingham once again re-invented themselves with the new album 'In This Light And On This Evening“. There's also news from the BLACK REBEL MOTORCYCLE CLUB. With the newly added female drummer and the album 'Beat The Devil's Tattoo' BRMC return in top shape. Scottish BIFFY CLYRO also are a guarantor for quality, and not only with the video clip shootings. After the clip to 'The Captain' has been rewarded by the NME as best video, the successor 'Bubbles' was shot in a storage facility of the NASA. Subway to Sally - Nackt II Acoustic Tour
The mediaeval rock band SUBWAY TO SALLY - one of the most popular rock bands from Germany - is planning their upcoming acoustic tour. On their homepage http://www.subwaytosally.com/ they started a survey, where the fans could give their setlist wishes. Most of them decided that they would like to hear ‘Krähenkönig’, ‘Angelus’ and ‘Versteckt’ from the last album ‘Kreuzfeuer’. A few songs were still agreed as SUBWAY practised their complete instrument repertoire for the tour in Potsdam. But the wishes of their fans were a pleasure: “We didn’t perform these songs live, yet. So it’s a nice chance to do this.” The song ‘Kaltes Herz’ is a bonustrack on SUBWAY’s single ‘Sieben’ and will be on the setlist, too.
