ECHO & THE BUNNYMEN are to release a live album next month, entitled "Live At The Royal Albert Hall". The Liverpool band recorded the album at their 2008 London show at the venue and includes their classic 1984 album "Ocean Rain" in its entirety", as well as a selection of greatest hits. To be released on 23rd November, the release follows right after the band's recent studio album "The Fountain", released earlier this month. "The Fountain" was produced by John McLaughlin and was preceded by the first single from the album, "Think I Need It Too", released on 28th September 2009. Helrunar and Obscurity from Germany have been confirmed for the Ragnarök Festival 7, set to take place from 29th of April till 01st of May at Ostbayernhalle (D-92286 Rieden/Kreuth). 3-day-tickets for 39.60EUR each will be on sale on Monday, 1st of November. Canadian alternative rockers of BILLY TALENT are coming to Frankfurt on 27th November 2009! Formed in 1993 under the name PEZZ, Benjamin Kowalewicz (lead vocals), Ian D´Sa (guitar, vocals), Jonathan Gallant (bass, backing vocals) and Aaron Solowoniuk (drums, percussion) started their career with progressive rock and the album `Watoosh!´. In 1999, they decided to name to BILLY TALENT after a character taken from the movie “Hard Core Logo”.

Chapeau Claque
According to its self-introduction, the Berlin and Erfurt-based band consisting of Maria Antonia Paula Schmidt (vocals, compositions), Peer Kleinschmidt (piano), Jörg Wähner (drums), Timo Klöckner (guitar, accordion) and Tim Schäfer (bass) regards its musical style as influenced by electro, chanson, pop and romanticism. Representing the federal state of Thuringia, CHAPEAU CLAQUE took part in this year’s Bundesvision Song Contest and finished sixth after performing the song `Pandora Kiss Miss Tragedy´ taken from the recent album `Fabelweiß´ which was released in 2008.
