New songs on MySpace

SALTATIO MORTIS uploaded two new songs from their latest album to their MySpace Profile for you. You can now listen to the following songs (And use them for your profiles):

Spielmannsschwur
This song was initially planned as the title-giving song for the new album. The song gives an insight to the art of living and the attitude towards life of a minstrel. The boys will surely play this song live on tour.

Nichts bleibt mehr
This song takes a look on the other side of the medal. Alea wrote this song when the companions Fackel, Dominor and Ungemach announced their decision to leave the band and it also became the motto for all saltates: “Never give up - always go on”

Seven Years, Seven Minstrels, Seven Weeks

SALTATIO MORTIS exists for seven years now and initially consisted of seven minstrels. This is - of course - not the top message of the week... But it has something to do with seven, with seven weeks cause our album “Aus der Asche” is in the German alternative charts for seven weeks now.

Wacken??? Wacken isn't over yet

Your favourite minstrels will play at Wacken 2008 and if you're already planning your festival season 2008 mark the “Sumer Breeze” in your calendar too. Besides some gigs on festivals and medieval markets, our minstrels are still on their “Aus der Asche” tour. The following cities are planned: Annaberg Buchholz, Augsburg, Bochum, Erfurt, Frankfurt, Hannover, Ingolstadt, Lübeck, Munich, Osnabrück, Potsdam, Stuttgart...
