Swedish metallers IN FLAMES have issued the following update: "As you probably know by now, we are currently holed up in IF Studios recording our new album. Things are going VERY well and we are making steady progress and are on schedule. So far eleven drum tracks has been laid down, six bass tracks with four more to be done over the next days, and we are also working hard with the guitar foundations. So far seven rhythm guitar tracks are finished and we are about to start with the solos this week.
