Our new baby ‘Anderswelt’ kicks and struggles very fairly and the day of birth gets nearer and nearer. It was told to us that it would be the 4th April and all participants are working hard, so everything works properly. During the next weeks Thomas and our producer Trosi will mix it like hell. After several rehearsal sessions by the other SCHANDMAUL members, the album can probably be sent to the mastering in February. We made up something very special (as we think) for the artwork and the booklet. For the graphical and artistic works we could get Thomas von Kummant, a young Munich illustrator. We can also recommend the illustrations, Thomas made for ‘Die Chronik der Unsterblichen’ (‘Am Abgrund’ & ‘Der Vampyr’) by Wolfgang Hohlbein. We got hold of these works some time ago and then it was clear: This is the right man for the ‘Anderswelt’. Be curious how ‘Anderswelt’ sounds and how it looks like.
Our 10th anniversary on 14th November 2008 also happens this year. To shorten the waiting time for you, there’s a monthly raffle, info on hotels, bus tours and so on at http://www.14112008-muenchen.de. In summer a vote module will go online through which you can tell us your absolute favourite songs. There’s only one thing, I have to say: I never played for so many people on a single SCHANDMAUL concert, as it will happen on this date. Already 2.000 tickets have been sold. We just can’t stop wondering and are already nervous. So keep going. We wanna rock with you in a full house. Here are the ‘Anderswelt’ tour dates again as a reminder.
