The fantastic WOOG RIOTS released their new single ‘Frank Backwards’ on 2nd Oct.2008. The duo, most notable for their Anti Pop, explains and protests with little words but much with their most recent album PASP. Multi-instrumentalists Silvana Battisti and Marc Herbert engaged several other musicians for the tour: Florian Malicke, label head of Mira Records and long-time musician in various bands, now plays the Micro Korg for the WOOG RIOTS and is responsible for the grooving synth bass - and Florian is the grandson of Heinz Erhardt by the way.The video clip to ‘Frank Backwards’ can be seen at http://www.dailymotion.com/
