The words ‘Söhne gesucht’ (Looking for Sons) are sounding through the online channels these days. There was talk about a casting call from one of the most successful formations in German music business: SÖHNE MANHEIMS! First via online application and later with personal auditioning a total of 14 ambitioned musicians as pendant for the current band members were chosen with the band members themselves being the Jury.Now it’s getting serious for the 14 musicians as when on 26th June the new single of SÖHNE MANHEIMS with the title ‘IZ ON’ from the same-titled album will be released, not the band itself but their pendants will be appearing in the accompanying video clip. They will be performing the song ‘IZ ON’ and slip into the roles of the band members singing, rapping, or at their instruments. The band can hardly anticipate the crowning final act of the casting. On 10th July, the release date for the new album, the 14 musicians will rock the stage a support of SÖHNE MANNHEIMS at Waldbühne in Berlin.
