Canada’s REVEREND KILL has signed a deal with PAINKILLER RECORDS (a sub label of Apollon Entertainment UN Limited) for the release of their latest album “His Blood Our Kill”.  Recorded and engineered by JOE SIKORSKI, with cover artwork was by SYLVAIN LE BOURHIS, that album is, according to the band, “9 tracks of groovin' Western Canadian style Death Metal".  “His Blood Our Victory” is due to hit the streets on the 28th September.

REVEREND KILL was formed in 2004 by guitarist DON STENHOUSE (ex THORAZINE, DEIMOS, PERICARDIUM) when STENHOUSE started out writing riffs with a drum machine and an 8 track, and began searching for a band once he had enough tracks for a CD.  As with all bands, the original lineup underwent several incarnations, until it arrived at the definitive REVEREND KILL formation of today, with STENHOUSE and TERAN WYER on guitars, VINNIE CARDELLINI on drums, KYLE FARRELL (ex-INJUST) on bass, and GRAHAM HARRIS (ex-GENEPOOL, ROTSCHRECK) on vocals.

Commenting on the impact that the addition of the Scots vocalist, who had recently relocated to Calgary, had on the new album, STENHOUSE said: “Things clicked right away once Graham became involved. He immediately started taking our material and adding his own personal touch to it, and the rest of the band very much liked what he was coming up with. So much so, in fact, that we basically went back to the drawing board with “His Blood Our Victory”, restructuring all the songs around the new vocal sound.
