Sweden’s Thrash Metal act #1, THE HAUNTED, are kicking off an intense string of touring this week as main support act for the almighty Slayer and will also be appearing on various festival events all across Europe along the way in support of their live DVD/CD “Road Kill”. “Road Kill” has not only entered the national sales charts in Sweden on # 29 (album charts) and Finland on # 3 (DVD charts) upon release, but also received great media acclaim for its in-depth, very unique “on the road movie” documentary as well as for the intense recording of THE HAUNTED's current and up-to-date live set (captured in Amsterdam’s Melkweg on February 13th, 2009).
