The Norwegian superstars are planning a very special concert series. ‘An acoustic evening with a-ha’: this was supposed the title of the new album and an accompanying DVD by A-HA, which the band will record on the occasion of an intimate concert series between June 26th and 30th, 2017. The CD and DVD was released in fall 2017 under the final name ‘MTV Unplugged - Summer Solstice’.

In early 2018, A-HA will also present those acoustic shows on tour to give their fans the opportunity to experience the music they love so much in a whole new way. During the tour, Magne, Morten and Paul will be accompanied by a handful of handpicked musicians and present their classics and some new pieces in a completely new guise, acoustically arranged.
