Is there anything that can be told about PLACEBO which haven’t been said before? Founded in 1994 by the British-American Brian Molko and the Swedish guy Stefan Olsdal, they published the first album of their seven in 1996 – 20 years ago. 20 years of success and powerful alternative rock, 20 years and 12 millions of copies sold. 20 years of changing band members, but Molko and Olsdal never separated.
All a generation has been inspired by the music of PLACEBO, the singular voice of Molko and PLACEBO’s unforgettable hits. Now, they are starting their tour around the world at this autumn, playing their oldest songs beside the newer ones due to their anniversary. Don’t miss it.
