They are a living legend in the world of rock music and have just celebrated their 40th anniversary: We are talking about the Scottish rock band NAZARETH whose world-famous hits ‘Love hurts’ and ‘This flight tonight’ caused a sensation in the 1970’s. A straight, hand-made sound combined with the powerful voice of lead-singer Dan McCafferty and the fabulous songwriting established the band’s success.

NAZARETH haven’t only become an essential part of the European music scene, they also had a significantly strong influence on the progress of American Hard Rock. In 2008, NAZARETH released the album ‘The Newz’ that shows their roots as well as a further development. The band is going to present it on their tour through the Netherlands, Germany and Switzerland in March and April 2009. Their concert in Aschaffenburg will take place at the Colos-Saal on 17th March 2009. The legend lives on!
