Element of Crime
They are one of Germany’s outstanding bands. We’re talking about ELEMENT OF CRIME, a band that hasn’t just released some legendary songs but has written rock history with a few album’s worth of great music like ‘Try To Be Mensch’ (1987), ‘Damals hinterm Mond’ (1991), ‘Weißes Papier’ (1993), ‘Romantik’ (2001) and ‘Mittelpunkt der Welt’ (2005). Since 1985, the Berlin-based band keeps working on perfecting their very special folk-inflicted rock songs with the wonderful lyrics. With ‘Mittelpunkt der Welt’, they’re even certified gold for the first time in their long career.
In their 24th year of existence, this long-lasting group of seasoned musicians have released their newest opus named ‘Immer da wo du bist bin ich nie’ which bestowed them the highest chart placement in the band history, hitting the German album charts on #2. This New Year sees the band touring through Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. At the beginning of February, they’re going to stop at Bochum’s Jahrhunderthalle to enchant old and new fans alike with a programme that’ll leave nothing to be desired.
