HEAVEN SHALL BURN and Century Media are both overwhelmed by the positive reactions to “Invictus” – thank you everybody for your support! Whoever is planning on getting a copy of the strictly limited edition Box-set of “Invictus” should better be quick, because it is selling really quickly. There is no copies left in Century Media’s warehouse, the Box-Set will not be repressed, so what’s out in our distribution network is what’s available! “Invictus” [the full title of which is “Invictus (Iconoclast III)”] was recorded at Tue Madsen’s Antfarm Studio in Aarhus, Denmark. Again, the album was produced by the two guitarists Alexander Dietz and Maik Weichert as well as mixed and mastered by Tue Madsen.

The European limited edition of “Invictus” will be available as luxurious box-set incl. a Digipak that comes in an alternative artwork with a bonus-track (a coverversion of Therapy?’s “Nowhere”) and together with a bonus-DVD. This DVD holds a special show that was filmed at the small and intimate club ((szene)) in Vienna. In case you are still on the fence about calling a copy of “Invictus” your own you might want to some of media’s feedback to the album:

„This album is invincible.“ [Metal Hammer (D), Album Of The Month, Cover: www.metal-hammer.de/Heftvorschau.html

“’Invictus’ is the thorn in the (back)side of the establishment.” [Rock Hard (D), Album des Monats]
„... larger than life...“ [Uncle Sally’s (D)]
“There is no way to get around HEAVEN SHALL BURN in 2010.” [Legacy (D)]
„No fillers, just killers... Germany’s next Big Metalband“ [Slam Magazin (AT)]
„This band is a real phenomenon.“ [Soundcheck (D)]
„...a true missile...“ [Games & More (D)]

Also, check out another, slightly “different” clip for “Invictus” that just popped up: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0zeVqf5i-lc - all of you who know the “Leitmotiv” documentary from their “Bildersturm” DVD will notice the return of at least one old favourite of yours… We are curious to see if you got it.
