Review Flash

Germany’s ENTERA were formed in 1990 which is pretty much over 30 years ago (really?). ENTERA play a rather aggressive and kinda groovy sort of Thrash Metal with one-of-a-kind vocals (the love it or hate it kinda vocals). ‘Hate Factory’ is the bands fourth LP, shortly before the pandemic and the lockdowns, the band managed to celebrate their 30th jubilee with their 300th live gig. Over the year ENTERA survived line-up changes and bad times (guitar player Holger Grzeschik died after playing in the band for eight years). The band nevertheless always continued and released records even after blows like that. It is worth a mention that the bass here is really used in my favourite kinda way, to thicken the riff and every once in a while, kick ass with some moments in the spotlight. The riffs of Iker Mayerdomo also really rip.

Conclusion: If you need your thrash simple and aggressive, ‘Hate Factory’ is your go to record.
