Review Flash

Lisa Mann and I know each other for over two and a half years now. She landed in clear sight of my radar when she released the debut of her Band WHITE CRONE. Lisa is an award-winning blues artist that always had a great love for Classic Rock and Metal and it shows. But this is not just about my friend Lisa this is a bout this dope band SPLINTERED THRONE which are a thing since the 2000s. ‘The Greater Good Of Man’ is the bands third full length album and the first one with Lisa on the microphone. The approach to sound, songwriting and execution is old-school as fuck and often reminds me of DIO, post Ozzy BLACK SABBATH, IRON MAIDEN and in parts even acts like MANOWAR. With the remastered track ‘Immortal 2020’ there is even an old-school metal ballad on this dope record. I for one am glad that I discovered SPLINTERED THRONE through Lisa’s involvement, I possibly would have missed out on some great songwriting and catchy melodies if she hadn’t joined these guys.

Conclusion: Great music to chill, party, eat and drink to... buy this!
