Evanescence, The Pretty Reckless, Kellermensch
It has been about five years since the previous album by EVANESCENCE was released. In spite of the great popularity, the band doesn’t churn out tons of material and doesn’t release new album every year. The self-titled album was the third official studio album of the band existing for 15 years already. Now, they are back in Germany for four shows and of course we did not miss out one of the rare opportunities to see the band live on stage.

Bush & Evaline
After almost a decade, BUSH is back this year with a new album. Listening to ‘The Sea Of Memories’, you wouldn’t think that much time has passed since the last album in 2002. Most songs still have that nice grunge sound. As expected, BUSH’s show at The Melkweg (Amsterdam) sold out quickly, and many people also showed up at 013 to see if they still have it… I used to listen to their music but never saw a live show before, so I was very much looking forward to tonight!

Elbow & Howling Bells
ELBOW were in town and that was reason enough to have another look at the band after I had seen them three years ago. This time, the location was bigger. But anyway, the Tonhalle was not sold-out completely.

Carpark North, Rubylux
Compared to the past shows we’ve attended with the suffocating ambience of a sold-out venue, this one can be billed as an intimate club show of a band that has played in bigger venue already. CARPARK NORTH this time was the main act but had an interesting newcomer for us in stock
