Kaiser Chiefs & Pictures

There's life in the old dog yet. For example take KAISER CHIEFS: as drummer Nick Hodgson announced in 2012 to leave the band from Leeds, the quick end of the band was simply predicted. After all, Hodgson was supposedly the band behind the early hits ‘Oh My God’, ‘I Predict A Riot’ and ‘Everyday I Love You Less And Less’ as well as the terrific love song ‘Ruby’. But the KAISER CHIEFS just moved on, added the tour drummer Vijay Mistry as steady member to the line-up and released the fantastic alum ‘Education, Education, Education & War’ in 2014 (entering directly on position one in British Charts).

If you’re still not convinced: the new album of the quintet, out beginning of October, is wearing the programmatic title ‘Stay Together’. In July, the band released the first single ‘Parachute’, showing that the guys are gone a long way from the times when they performed as a Garage Rock band under the name PARVA. In October, KAISER CHIEFS will are touring Germany. We’ve been in Cologne for you where the band played an energetic show, supported by PICTURES. Please enjoy our pictures from the concert.
