etropolis_2011On 3rd September 2011 the E-tropolis Festival is about to increase the hertz-frequency again with a line-up of the finest EBM, Industrial- and Electropop acts, live at the Columbia Compound Berlin. According to that, there are only few acts who would underline the festival´s motto “darker – harder – louder” in a more impressive way than the two new entries we may announce to you today:

New bands confirmed: AGONOIZE & XOTOX:
There is not much left to say about AGONOIZE. The boys from Berlin have been conquering the European dancefloors with the force of an electric loco ever since, becoming an essential asset of every well-sorted DJ. Known for their explicit live shows, there is to expect nothing less, but a majestic aggro-fest in front of their home crowd, charged with hellish sounds and ultra violence.

Describing the style of his famous industrial project XOTOX, mastermind Andreas Davids invented the term of „cyberindustrial for hyperactive people“. Maximum danceability meets the highest possible harshness in an apocalyptic disco inferno. Beside his appearance on the live stage Andreas Davids will also stand behind the turntables as one of the dj´s of the official aftershow party.

Following AGONOIZE and XOTOX, still one band remains to be announced, plus a choice of known scene dj´s for the big aftershowparty. Summing up all confirmed acts the programme reads as follows:

VNV NATION+ SUICIDE COMMANDO + AGONOIZE + FRONT LINE ASSEMBLY +WELLE: ERDBALL + HAUJOBB (REUNION SHOW) + ROTERSAND +ASCII.DISKO + FADERHEAD + XOTOX + SOLITARY EXPERIMENTS +SANTA HATES YOU + FABRIK C + 1 ADDITIONAL BAND + DJ´S AND SUPPORTING PROGRAMME TO BE ANNOUNCED
