While TOKIO HOTEL are the musical heroes providing for the boost of the editions of the teen press these days, KAJAGOOGOO took their place 25 years ago. Barely another group in the 80s could win the hearts of their female fans in such short time and simultaneously causing a stir with timeless hits. With the chorus “Too shy shy hush hush eye to eye” a whole generation was brought up. After the group with singer Limahl split up for good in 1986, came the big surprise in on the English television channel VH1.

Section 25 & Peter Hook
New Horizon - Section 25 and Peter Hook of JOY DIVISION/NEW ORDER have announced the first of a series of joint live concerts, at the Ancienne Belgique venue in Brussels (Belgium) on Friday 7 November 2008. Further dates in France and Germany will be confirmed shortly. The Krefeld show has already been announced.

Electro-Chanson-Pop-Romantic is how CHAPEAU CLAQUE call their music and it has just as much facets as it causes baffled looks with that term. From the Electro pop aerobic sound over the dramatic art of a piano ballad to chanson, disguised as French tango, CHAPEAU CLAQUE create a colourfully laced package of emotions and style. Singer and songwriter Maria Antonia (22) aka “Mademoiselle Chapeau” writes for 11 years, mostly in her mother language German, but now and then the English breaks through. The band she’s gathering around herself since 1 ½ years, after the release of their debut ‘Hand aufs Herz’, gives the new album ‘fabelweiss’ coming in October a new and more organic sound.
