In the US and Canada, the new album of the Massachusetts based alternative rock band STAIND will be released via Atlantic Records. For the rest of the world, Roadrunner Records will do the job. ‘Illusion of Progress’ is the sixth album of STAIND. The last release of the band was a single collection in 2006. The album will be released on 5th September and the first single is called ‘Believe’. STAIND will support NICKELBACK on their European Tour in September.Presented by PRO 7, Rock Hard, Piranha, 1LIVE und SWR 3

DIARY OF DREAMS have been confirmed as headliners at the ALTERNATYWNA TWIERDZA Festival in Klodzko on 12th July 2008. Furthermore, the band will play two gigs in England: in Sheffield on 27th and in London on 28th September 2008. On 2nd October 200, DIARY OF DREAMS will appear as co-headliners at the Dark Area Festival in Kassel before leaving for Australia: Together with COVENANT, the band will play some gigs in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth.- Details

The legendary Festival B.A.C.H. takes place for the 6th time at 20th June 2008 in Leipzig – and this time, PAINBASTARD will appear alongside SIGUE SIGUE SPUTNIK to interpret the works of German composer Johann Sebastian Bach. The task is simple – the results are unique! Inspired by Bach’s compositions, the bands are invited to cross musical borders and to show how strongly Bach’s style is still relevant for modern times..
