He is one of the few Old-School legends who managed to reinvent himself several times: EVERLAST, the Working Class Hero from the San Fernando Valley, who wrote first Rap-history with THE HOUSE OF PAIN (‘Jump Around’) and later as a solo artist crossover world hits on the guitar. ‘Whitey Ford's House Of Pain’ is the first EVERLAST album after eight years and circulates the three career decades of Erik Francis Schrody not only in the title, but also musically. Guest contributions come from Aloe Blacc and Slug (Atmosphere). In September, EVERLAST will also play some mode live shows in Frankfurt, Hamburg, Berlin, Munich and Cologne.- Details

The addition of THE SOFT MOON’s latest tour has not even started yet, but Berlin-based mastermind Luis Vasquez is confirming five more shows for next fall already. The sound of the San Francisco-born musician is hypnotic, psychedelic and bleak. U2 - “eXPERIENCE + iNNOCENCE Tour” 2018
If there is one band on this planet which does not need any introduction, it would be the quartet of four Irishmen, formed more than four decades ago. U2 have always been known for ground-breaking, experimental live shows. And this tour, which is a sequel to the 2015 “Innocence + Experience” tour, promoting their 2014 album ‘Songs of Innocence’, promises to be once again a true milestone in the band’s history. Fans can look forward to an impressive U2 concert: With a 360° stage, a huge, high-resolution LED screen and various performance areas in the arena, U2 will provide one of the concert highlights of the year.

The circus has moved on. In its fourth year of existence, the Berlin dependence of the festival franchise Lollapalooza, had yet to find another location in Germany’s largest city. This time it is scheduled to happen in the storied Olympiapark and Olympiastadion area, conveniently located inside the Western part of the city. This leaves the hope intact that it will not come to those severe bottlenecks in public transport, which plagued visitors of last year’s edition, which took place in the rather remote Hoppegarten.
