There's life in the old dog yet. For example take KAISER CHIEFS: as drummer Nick Hodgson announced in 2012 to leave the band from Leeds, the quick end of the band was simply predicted. After all, Hodgson was supposedly the band behind the early hits ‘Oh My God’, ‘I Predict A Riot’ and ‘Everyday I Love You Less And Less’ as well as the terrific love song ‘Ruby’. But the KAISER CHIEFS just moved on, added the tour drummer Vijay Mistry as steady member to the line-up and released the fantastic alum ‘Education, Education, Education & War’ in 2014 (entering directly on position one in British Charts). If you’re still not convinced: the upcoming album of the quintet, to be out beginning of October, is wearing the programmatic title ‘Stay Together’.- Details

PJ HARVEY was always a woman for a big show. For her newest record ‘The Hope Six Demolition Project‘, she assembled a huge band where also her producer John Parish is playing guitar. During the beginning of the show, the band enters the stage as Marching band with marching music just to lead over to a noisy winds version of the song ‘The Ministry Of Defence’.
