Again a year has passed and a lot has changed. We buckled down to present you an awesome Metal Open Air again this year. A great line-up of 29 bands will turn the ground under your feet into a hot purgatory. Your euphoria will not come to a standstill when Marduk, Gernotshagen, Eis, Bifröst, Tyrgrim, Beheaded and many more will give their best to make this festival unforgettable. That´s not all, as we have more good news for you. A new festival ground in Klein Buckow near Spremberg (Germany) will offer a short distance from the camping ground to the infield, as they are now located next to each other. Basically you won´t miss a thing. A cozy „metal village“ with catering, cocktail and merch booths invite everybody to hang out together at the fire place. - Details

Long Distance Calling recently announced their new album ‘TRIPS’ for release on the 29th April 2016 via InsideOut Music, and they are now excited to reveal the stunning artwork, created by Martin Großmann (www.martingrossmann.com), in the form of an artwork video teaser.You can watch it here: https://youtu.be/hmoxojYmx9Q.
The album will be released as limited mediabook CD with one bonus track, as gatefold 2LP with etching (incl. the album on CD), and as digital download with two bonus tracks.

Guitar icon ZAKK WYLDE will release ‘Book Of Shadows II’ on April 8th, 2016 via Spinefarm Records. It will be his first album for 20 years and it is the long-awaited follower of 1996 ‘Book Of Shadows’ album, a classic which WALDE released besides his work with OZZY OSBOURNE. Since WALDE finished the BLACK LABEL SOCIETY “Unblackened” tour last autumn, he worked on the new album. All songs from the new release were recorded and produced in WYLDE’s legendary home studio, the Black Vatican. The album will be accompanied by a tour. The dates will be announced later.
