The Belgian band TRIGGERFINGER refer to themselves as "crazy thunderstorm" when they are on stage and their fans love them for it. They combine rock, blues and rockabilly in their music and can play quiet and loud sounds in the same perfect way. After having worked with the band for several years in the United States already it is with great pleasure that Nuclear Blast Records can officially announce the worldwide signing of Great Britain's most visionary, sickening and disturbing outfit: legendary CRADLE OF FILTH.

Iconic vocalist Dani Filth had this to say on the eminent subject... : "Nuclear Blast owner Markus Staiger has been trying to snare the band ever since I flew over to see him way back in 1996 as a viable label option, after we left Cacophonous records. He barely missed out due to the close proximity to the band of Music For Nations, the label that CRADLE stayed with until 2001. Now, not only do Nuclear Blast have offices all over the world, but the one in London is actually dead opposite to the old MFN building! Which is weird!

The remaining members of Black Tusk released the following statement: "It is with deep regret and saddened hearts that we must tell you that Athon passed away this morning from injuries sustained from his motorcycle accident. Doctors told us that he suffered irreparable brain damage shortly after the accident. He has been in a coma and sustained by life support until now. As per his wishes, we removed Athon from his life support systems and his organs will be donated. His body will be cremated and a memorial is being planned for family and friends in Savannah. He was 32 years old and will be forever missed. Thank you all for your support during this devastating time for us, it would have made him proud."
