The cover artwork for Lacuna Coil's forthcoming album DARK ADRENALINE has just been revealed; click here to access. DARK ADRENALINE is scheduled for release in North America on January 24th, 2012 and on January 20th, 2012 in Germany, Austria and Switzerland via Century Media Records. Produced by the acclaimed Don Gilmore (Linkin Park, Bullet For My Valentine), DARK ADRENALINE promises to deliver the melodic, sensual, metallic rush for which the band has come to be known. As previously announced, Lacuna Coil will support Megadeth on their critically-acclaimed Gigantour around the release of DARK ARENALINE. Gigantour was founded by Megadeth frontman Dave Mustaine in 2005; this run will also feature Motorhead and Volbeat.

Jordanian Dark Oriental Metallers BILOCATE has set "Summoning the Bygones" as the title of their new album, which was mixed and mastered at Fascination Street Studio in Sweden with producer Jens Bogren (OPETH, KATATONIA, BLOODBATH, AMON AMARTH, SYMPHONY X, PARADISE LOST). Summoning The Bygones is BILOCATE's early visions presented in a new outfit, we'd like to share the same spirit and music and ideas we had 7 years ago with different arrangements, production, and sound quality.

Faderhead is releasing his new EP "The Way To Fuck Clubs" on Friday, Nov. 11, 2011. The EP is available as download only and includes "The Way To Fuck God" from the "Black Friday" album as well as 3 remixes of "The Way To Fuck God" by XP8, Modular Majesty and Shaolyn. In addition to that Faderhead added two mellow ballads in "Hot Bath And A Cold Razor (Live Acoustic Version)" and "The Moth And The Fire (Candlelight Version)". Rumor has it that the version that is available on http://www.faderhead.com includes a hidden bonus track which is a colaboration with Daniel Myer (Haujobb/Covenant/Destroid).

BLOODSTOCK OPEN AIR have announced their first headliner for next year’s event. Hot on the heels of his Welcome 2 My Nightmare tour, notorious shock rocker ALICE COOPER comes to CATTON HALL for his only UK festival appearance of 2012. Unless you’ve had your head buried in the sand for the last five decades, the godfather of theatrical rock needs no introduction, and needless to say, organisers are delighted to have such a prolific and legendary artist join the BLOODSTOCK line up. The history of the thrash/black metal band started in 2005, when Markus (guitar) and three other musicians formed the band IRDORATH. The first demo "Erwachen" and the first album "Goetterdaemmerung" were recorded and the first gigs were played. During the work on the second album some lineup changes happened. Since then Thomas is playing the drums and Esche is playing the rhythm guitar.
