Always welcome guests at SUMMER BREEZE, AMORPHIS will headline the Pain Stage on one of the three festival days, captivating us all with their gripping, magical melodies.
Guarantee for a perfect mix of death metal, Finnish folk, a slight prog edge and a little added melancholy, the band has been riding high again since the addition of frontman Tomi Joutsen. With the release of their “comeback” album 'Eclipse', the band was able to tie in with old classics such as 'Tales >From The Thousand Lakes' and 'Elegy' after something of a dry spell at the beginning of the century. GWAR is a satirical Heavy-Metal band which was founded in 1985 by artists and musicians of the Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. Typically for the band are the costly costumes inspired by science fiction- and horror films.
