Zakk Wylde not only made a name for himself as Ozzy Osbourne’s lead guitarist, but his own projects also attracted legions of fans, known as Berserkers. After a small acoustic interlude, Zakk founded BLACK LABEL SOCIETY in 1998. Wylde & Co are synonymous with a steaming pot of ‘brewtality’ with a seasoning of catchy riffs and jaw-dropping guitar solos. This week, A LIFE DIVIDED started their tour with Finnish dark cellists of APOCALYPTICA and spent their night after the first show in Ljubljana in a hotel that used to be a prison. Some of its sections still remind of the building’s moving past. Still, there’s no thinking of calling the band jail birds, but shooting stars in terms of success. The Bavarian band plays to audiences of nearly 4000 attendees each evening on that tour with APOCALYPTICA. In Germany, the guys are playing in Munich, Stuttgart and Frankfurt.
