SM-Media presents: SKILLET - for the first time in Russia! American band SKILLET, which are one of the leading projects of the world alternative rock scene, will play in Russia for the first time within their European tour! The long-awaited concerts will take place in Moscow and St. Petersburg, and in the capital there will be even two concerts:
25th November – Moscow, Club Milk Moscow
26th November – Moscow, Club Milk Moscow
27th November – St. Petersburg, Glavclub
SKILLET was founded in Memphis, Tennessee, the US in1996 by John Kooper and Ken Steorts. The band underwent several line-up changes and currently consists of John Kooper (lead vocals, bass), Korey Kooper (keyboards, rhythm guitar, backing vocals), Jen Ledger (drums), Seth Morrison (lead guitar). SKILLET released 8 studio albums. During their carrier, the band was nominated for Dove Awards, Grammy, WMA and BMI. In 2011 SKILLET won their first Billboard Music Awards for “Top Christian Album” with their Gold-certified “Awake”.
