Lithuanian metal music festival Devilstone Open Air 2010, which has taken place in a little town of Anyksciai on July 16-18, has gained a serious criticism from the religious community. The Prosecution Service is pre-investigating, if the festival has not provoked religious disunion. The festival has been highly acclaimed by its target fans and wider society, except for the part of religious community of the town. Recently a group of local Catholics and the Dean of the local church publicly expressed their opponent attitude towards the festival. They initiated a pre-trial investigation accusing the festival and / or the festival’s band MAYHEM of provoking religious disunion.- Details

The time has come to celebrate the 15th anniversary of Solitary Experiments! Special jubilees call for special parties! Solitary Experiments have conjured up a veritable little festival for this unique occasion. It will take place on October 23rd at the K17 club in their hometown of Berlin. The list of supporting bands is quite impressive: Elegant Machinery, Cephalgy, Colony 5 & Reizstrom. But that is not all because you will get a regular after show party with well-known DJs, the famous Dr. Mark Benecke will be hosting the evening and you will see some special guests on stage, as well.

In September 2008, he’s finally released his long-awaited solo debut, aptly titled ‘Solo’, containing electronic gems, ranging from softly melancholic to even danceable stuff, always with the lyrical depth the fans know and love this man for. After having played a couple dates in 2009 already, PETER HEPPNER and his band return for more in 2010, playing a program not only comprising songs of the ‘Solo’ album, but also featuring songs out of collaborations he did for instance with SCHILLER or PAUL VAN DYK.
