’Liebe ist für alle da’, RAMMSTEIN´s recently released album was put on the index due to accusations including too explicit lyrics containing much too non-critical or positive depiction of sex and violence, for instance in ‘Ich tu Dir weh’, or a picture showing Richard Z. Kruspe and a woman on her knees. It’s not unlikely that their first single ‘Pussy’ also is responsible for this decision. According to members of the Federal Department for Media Harmful to Young Persons, the song instigates having sexual intercourse without any protection and therefore, RAMMSTEIN’s handling concerning such dangerous diseases like HIV is irresponsible. - Details

PARADISE LOST have issued the following statement:“As some of you maybe aware, we have had to use a stand in guitarist (Milly Evans) to replace Greg Mackintosh for a few dates due to a serious illness within Greg's family. We did this with the sole purpose to prevent having to cancel any shows and to avoid disappointing fans that had already bought tickets and were looking forward to the concerts. So it is with great regret that we have to unavoidably announce that some gigs must be postponed for now and rescheduled as soon as possible. This is due to prior commitments Milly Evans has with his own band. We are working round these to fly him back and forth wherever possible to minimise any disruption to the tour, but we ask you to bear with us in this difficult time. After DIARY OF DREAMS already performed at the 2008 edition of the festival, the band is now confirmed for the Hexentanz Festival 2010 taking place on 1st and 2nd May 2010 at the leisure centre Bostalsee/Saar. The Norwegian black metal formation SATYRICON was founded in 1990 by Sigurd “Satyr” Wongraven, Håvard “Lemarchand” Sørensen, Vegard “Wargod” Blomberg and Carl Michael “Exhurtum” Eide. Since 1994, the band has been consisting of Satyr and Kjetil “Frost” Haraldstad who are supported by additional musicians live on stage. By releasing the debut album entitled with `Dark Medieval Times´, SATYRICON caused quite a stir in the scene as they combined black metal with acoustic guitars and flutes. Generally, their music was able to impress critics and fans as well due to varied stylistic influences making SATYRICON´s work appear multi-faceted and innovative.
