It’s been quite some time since we’ve had some news of TAPE. Nevertheless the band is busy writing fresh material - even a new album is planned for this year! Sadly there were some minor changes to the line-up and so bass player Ike said goodbye and the new drummer Jarek was welcomed. Also the Northern lights of MODULOK show their faces to the public again and will play a gig at Hamburg’s club ‘Grüner Jäger’ beginning of April. With their mixture dirty guitars and sugar sweet songs as well, they’re going to rock themselves through Germany and the world. The great fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld stumbled across the band NEIMO on his never-ending quest for fitting models for his works. Already during the last presentation of his collection in Paris, the largest part of the music came from the repertoire of the POWER Pop four-piece and so even the great finale was rang in with ‘Echoing Pixels’ by NEIMO. But this is not all! Since the first encounter of Karl Lagerfeld and NEIMO singer Bruno at a shooting for French magazine Mixte about a month a go, Lagerfeld took the guys to his heart and so he was also a force behind the video clip to ‘Lines’ directed by Chind and Bréchet and provided the outfits for the protagonists.
