Since Kari Berg left Ashbury Heights last year she has been working hard on her solo career, planning future projects and releases. In the meantime though she has been very active in cooperating with other artists and even joined a new band, the Chaos All Stars, for example on the song “Forget Them”, a track that really stated the “new style” of Kari Berg.
In April 26th Kari was featured on the new Ad Inferna-album with the provocative “French Kiss of Death” and recently she appeared on the latest album from Spanish act DE_TOT_COR. Soon to come is the long awaited new album from Psy’Aviah (Alfa-Matrix) featuring the track “Deep Dark Desire” with Kari on vocals and as a co-writer. – Working with Psy’Aviah has been a pleasure, they are really wonderful people and it was only a positive experience, says Kari. The song “Deep Dark Desire” deals as the title suggests with how we all sometimes are reflecting on our preferences and choices, questioning the norm.
To promote this release Kari has also done a new photo session soon to be released, featuring the clothes of famous Swedish latex designer Sophie Naucler. Kari - The Chameleon – Berg is doing what has become sort of a trademark: blending fashion, alternative styles and her music into an experience for ears and eyes.
