German black metal hopefuls DARK FORTRESS have been confirmed as support for renowned Norwegian genre-leaders Satyricon on three German dates of their European tour in 2006.Vocalist Azathoth comments: “Though we did lately announce on our homepage to not add any more concerts to the already confirmed ones for 2006, we decided to do these three additional shows. The reason for this decision is that Satyricon are one of our main inspirations since DARK FORTRESS´ foundation in 1994. Thus, it is a great honour for us to open up as direct support for Satyricon on these dates!”
