OKEAN ELZY’s exclusive event in Northern Germany! OKEAN ELZY, Ukraine’s most popular Rock band, announces “Help for Ukraine” tour in the heart of Europe in support of their country! Funds from the planned performances will be donated to children affected by the war, as well as to medical institutions.
The band is 27 years old; it is an integral part of the modern history of Ukraine. Having appeared three years after the declaration of Independence of the country, the band goes its creative way together with the whole country, its historical events and stages. Ukrainians call OE songs the soundtracks of their destiny. Therefore, it is. To them they met, fell in love, got married, and eventually even named their daughters Elsa, and also went to rallies for their rights, held unprecedented revolutions for justice, went and continue to go into battle, defending their native land and the free world.
The band has planned a series of special performances in support of their country, which is heroically defending itself from the aggressor. The band’s leader Svyatoslav Vakarchuk has been on the front line since the first days of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, supporting the soldiers in the hottest spots and providing the necessary volunteer assistance. The funds from the concerts will be used to help children who suffered in the war and medical institutions. The songs of OKEAN ELZY are a powerful concert drive, a special Ukrainian melody with the invariably live sound of performances. You have to feel it yourself!
