The Swedish electronic trio CK 37 release their debut album ‘Inget Hat’ (no hate) on 9th January. Following several single releases since September 2024, the band now brings together its vision of uncompromising Body Music: built on classic EBM and synth foundations, driven by propulsive sequences, razor-sharp beats and always infused with a touch of dark, slightly mischievous Scandinavian humour.‘Inget Hat’ is firmly designed for the dance floor, yet never loses its sense of purpose. Direct, fast and full of momentum, the album fuses raw club energy with a clear artistic statement – serious in intent, but never without fun. Operating at the intersection of human and machine, CK 37 further sharpen their distinctive masked aesthetic, condensing their identity both musically and visually while the band members themselves remain hidden. The album works just as well as a relentless blast from club speakers as it does spinning on vinyl at home. Preferably loud, preferably sweat-inducing and always with a smile.
At a time when the boundaries between the digital and the human are slowly fading, CK 37 build a bridge between worlds. On their first single ‘Gymsadist’, the raw energy of gym culture collides with the repressed side of our digital society. With ‘800 Grader’, a Punk classic by Swedish Punk Rockers EBBA GRÖN is reborn as a biting Body-Music tribute for a burning world. An unapologetic EBM track about ageing arrives with ‘Gammal är äldst’ - packed with noise, humour and heavy beats.
