ONE MIND MINISTRY is a Black / Death Metal band from Bochum, Germany founded in 2010. ‘Gates Of Time’ is the band’s full-length debut and it aims for the throat! The female fronted five-piece from the rough and dirty Ruhr Area plays a rough and straight melange of sinister Death Metal mixed with some really gritty and evil screams every now and then. The vocals seem to be shared between vocalist SkullSplitter and some other band member but according to the Metal Archives the former vocalist left in 2016 so I cannot pinpoint who that may be. Nevertheless, what we have here is one vocalist that is doing death vocals and one screamer that does the Black Metal vocals and for everyone that likes bot subgenres this works like a charm.
Conclusion: A rough and dirty ride, worth your time!
