The Crüxshadows and Ego Likeness
During their extensive European tour, THE CRÜXSHADOWS also stopped in the German capital Berlin for a gig in the legendary K17 club. The concert took place in the context of the “Dark Celebration” party with different DJs presenting all styles of dark music. This was a good chance for an after show party once the concert was over. What could be better for a Friday night?

Evanescence and Revelation Theory
Back with the new album “The Open Door”, EVANESCENCE from USA were just giving two shows in Germany – one in Berlin on 5th November, and one in Cologne. Remembering the huge success of the band in Europe you won’t be surprised hearing that the show was sold out for weeks. People were coming from very far away in Germany, but I also saw Dutch, Belgium and even French cars outside the venue and also the languages spoken inside were very mixed. People gave everything to see their favorite band. You could also feel their enthusiasm during the show.

Terrra Gotha is a gothic festival which is held in the harbour town Vlissingen, in the south of The Netherlands. The venue where it took place, Het Arsennal, lies so close to the sea you can clearly see and hear its waves crashing the shore. In 2001 the photographer and promotor Wim de Nooijer organised this festival for the first time here, because in this region hardly any gothic parties were held. The first Terra Gotha festival took place in the small venue De Piek, but because of the enormous success he decided to go a step further and last year the large theatre Het Arsenaal decided to open its doors to welcome the next Terra Gotha Festival.

Cradle of Filth, Deathstars
It wasn’t all that warm today, a bit rainy even. Maybe that was why everybody was squeezed together in front of the doors of the 013, faces were stuck to the window. Quite a funny sight I might say. But no the weather didn’t matter at all to these people. Cradle for Filth their favourite band of all times was playing here tonight and they wanted to be the first to get in and find a good spot in front of the stage.
