Who’s ever heard of a zoo by the name of “Holy City Zoo”, this city must be very religious or downright weird… but that seems to be the case when it comes to MOB RESEARCH a combination of industrial beats with metal tactics with neo-soul rhythms on their latest instalment of 17-tracks of pure aggression. The industrial side really makes the music stick out creating a nightmare effect as the other instruments play strong and heavily in the background. The vocals roll right along through having that spooky but creepy tone fall right into place as the music continues to roll right on through each of the 17-tracks offered.

Some tunes that stick out the most includes ‘Tribe’, ‘Skull and Bones’, and ‘Atmosphere’; these selected tracks show the sides of Paul Raven’s abilities and skills before his tragic death he made the band whole as well as the other members had done. Each of these songs showcase that creativity well letting the instruments build up piece by piece showing a clear remembrance of MARILYN MANSON and WEDNESDAY 13. MOB RESEARCH’s ‘Holy City Zoo’ is a classic album that stands out and will be recognized the most with its upbeat tempos and fast racing music sending your heart and mind into overdrive in a micro second.
