Newly founded YLC (Young & Loud or Classics)is an association of enthusiasts dedicated to young musicians and newcomers who play either metal or classic music. The profits from the festival and similar activities are used to provide a basis for musicians and chances for live gigs. This festival for aspiring musicians is called “November Rain” and the association in a way gives their opening ceremony with it.
