Last year the premier, full of emotion, a close race and a lot of applause in the end. Also at the M’era Luna, taking place on 13th and 14th August at Hildesheim, Drispenstedt Airport, there will be a newcomer’s contest whose winner is going to open the main stage on Saturday with a 20 minutes set.
The jury, consisting of Stephan Thanscheidt, Festivalbooking FKP Scorpio, Andre Kobliha, CEO Out of Line and Christoph Kutzer, Zillo Music Magazine, pick the most promising acts. As of 18th May, the selected bands will be presented online at www.meraluna.de/newcomer and in Zillo Music Magazine and the M’era Luna fans decide who the winner via online voting is.
