More names joining the upcoming summer of music: After having already confirmed six headliners and numerous other acts for Hurricane and Southside Festival, yet more acts have announced themselves today for the festivals in Scheeßel and Neuhausen ob Eck. Hurricane and Southside Festival from 21st to 23rd June offer great diversity and a delightful mix of newcomers and big names.
In addition to the already confirmed FOO FIGHTERS, MUMFORD & SONS, DIE TOTEN HOSEN, THE CURE, MACKLEMORE, TAME IMPALA and others, the indie greats of BLOC PARTY and the folk-punkers of FLOGGING MOLLY have now also signed up for these two festivals. Also on board with their unmistakable mix of indie and disco are YOU ME AT SIX, and the smart electro pop of GROSSSTADTGEFLÜSTER. Joining the line-up will also be the punk veterans BETONTOD, the psychedelic rockers of POND, and legendary songwriter and guitarist JOHNNY MARR.
Danceable beats and rich bass will be provided by dubstep icons FLUX PAVILION and DUB FX. Singer-songwriter SAM FENDER will be heading up the stage of Hurricane and Southside. There he will be in good company with the post-punk sounds of IDLES, the indie rock of WHITE DENIM, the rousing folk of THE GARDENER & THE TREE and songwriter SYML. With SWMRS, DANGER DAN and TEN TONNES, the line-up reaches every audience, from punk, rap and pop. This incredible versatile billing is rounded off with the intense music of ROSBOROUGH, alternative rock by THE DIRTY NIL and THE SHERLOCKS and the great voice of LION.
Only at Hurricane can the electro clash sound of THE TOTEN CRACKHUREN IM KOFFERRAUM be experienced. Exclusive to Southside, BLOND and Play-live winner MISCHA will also be rocking the stages. All information and tickets can be found on hurricane.de and southside.de.
