Many of you may have guessed when we will be able to confirm the last band missing on the billing for the 10th SUMMER BREEZE. It was worth holding on. For our BREEZE-anniversary we are happy to welcome a living legend of the scene in Dinkelsbuehl for the first time: Max Cavalerawith SOULFLY! No need to mention again what he has achieved with Sepultura which was even topped by the success he had with SOULFLY. Songs as "Back To The Primitive" or "Eye For An Eye" were influencing an entire young metal generation in the late 90's. SOULFLY's last output "Dark Ages" showed a perfect fusion of modern metal, world musical intention and old school thrash attitude. Get ready for a firework of aggressive riffing, hammering grooves and the pure power of south American feeling for rhythm.

Dutch death metallers SEVERE TORTURE are currently in the studio working on their forthcoming new album scheduled for release at the end of June on Earache records.Guitarist Thijs van Laarhoven sent this update to Earache Records:
"Hey folks! A short update here.... We are momentarily right in the middle of recording of our new, as yet untitled, album. Seth already did an amazing job on drums and created an ultra tight foundation for the new songs. Marvin and I finished recording all the guitars last week and it turned out heavy as hell. All the leads were finished last sunday and yesterday Pat finished his bass tracks and thusfar all the stuff sounds absolutely killer! Next weekend Dennis will start recording the vocals. The new record will feature 10 new songs and we recorded 3 special suprises to be used for bonus tracks etc.. Also a big chance that there will be some special guests on the album, but more about that later! So look out for new updates over the next couple of weeks as we will be announcing the the album title, the tracklist and all other kinds of cool stuff! Cheers! ST"

It's been a bit silent around death metal band Krisiun. They toured this month with Testament in South America and also played shows with Hatesphere.
A new European tour is confirmed with bands like Grave, Immolation and supportact Sawn Of Azazel. Krisiun is on tour to promote their last album 'Assasination.'

The Swedish band Entombed is wellknown about their rare liveshows. Since their success in 1990 it went very fast with this metal band. After sixteen years of being in the scene a new EP is released. Death and Napalm Death are the simularities with this metal band. They stood on the Arnhem Metal Meeting, but now they come back to The Netherlands.
