DEAR FRIENDS We did it!!! November 2, 2006 at half past six in the evening we reached $50,000!
After a fierce battle between two Believers the week before it was no surprise we would reach our goal fast. But who could have thought it would happen this fast? We are unbelievably happy! And we want to thank everyone who bought a part or supported us any other way. We couldn't have done it without all of you!
As we said the other day, now it's our turn! We'll keep you informed so again…stay tuned!!!

At present, Deine Lakaien are working hard to prepare the very special tour with the symphony orchestra "Neue Philharmony Frankfurt". Ernst Horn is rearranging about 25 songs for these performances. There will be a short break in November for two acoustic concerts in Spain. Afterwards, preparations for the upcoming orchestra event in February will continue. Take this rare opportunity to experience one of these exclusive "Deine Lakaien" orchestra concerts - a further climax of the band's live career!

There have been a lot of rumours already, now it's finally official: Another superb band has found its way to the realms of Nuclear Blast – AFTER FOREVER! The dutch act around front amazon Floor Jansen (also known from various guest appearances for projects of Arjen Lucassen / AYREON) is specialized in thrilling Melodic / Gothic Metal and ranks among the "big ones" of the scene in their home country. The band already toured with NIGHTWISH and had appearances at EVERY important festival BeNeLux-wide (such as Lowlands, Pinkpop, Graspop, Dynamo Open Air, Fields Of Rock), not to forget a steadily growing fan base in South America, France, Spain and Germany!

Norwegian symphonic black metallers DIMMU BORGIR have entered Studio Fredman with producer Fredrik Nordström to begin recording their new album for an early 2007 release. DIMMU guitarist Silenoz checks in with the following recording update: "So, just to let you know, everything moves along nicely in the studio, perhaps a bit too well…? With past studio ghost experiences in mind, something is just bound to happen… I'm sure of it. Well, apart from being the typical pessimist, at least it didn't take us too long to get all the basic rhythm guitar tracks down and even better - it sounds awesome! A fat and razor-sharp tone, without compromise, hitting you right between the eyes! Proper equipment — Engl amps, ESP guitars and Seymour Duncan pickups — make things hell of a lot easier, I say. Leads/solos and acoustic/clean guitars will be laid down later when everything else is ready. Bass and keys are up next. We expect it to sound nothing less than grandiose once this beast is finished. Oh, yeah, almost forgot, we have the album title as well, but we're not gonna announce it until the time is right!"Source: Newsletter
