DIMMU BORGIR axeman Silenoz has just checked in on http://www.dimmu-borgir.com/ with a studio report. "Finally we arrived in Studio Fredman. It's now located outside Gothenburg in a godforsaken place in the middle of fucking nowhere, which couldn't be more perfect. Things started not as planned,as usual, as we found out already before departure that we were a car short because of calculating the amount of equipment totally wrong. EQUILIBRIUM, for many people the hottest newcomer band from Germany since many years, signed a multi-album contract with Nuclear Blast. The melodic Black Metal band from Munich gained a huge fanbase with their last album "Turis Fratyr" and with many successful live gigs. EQUILIBRIUM will enter a studio in January 2007 in order to record their next output "Sagas". An early summer release is expected. The band: "A deal with Nuclear Blast? Wow. A dream came true. As you know, this edition is dedicated to Sabine Dünser (Elis). Elis members have decided to attend the festival, they will take time to talk with fans, etc … We hope that a lot of people will sign the book in her memory (at our merch. Stand). This one will be given to the band after the festival. We count on you !
Signing sessions will be scheduled on the day by Mind View mag. More info at their stand. You’ll find a program at our merchandising stand. The bus company had to cancel the bus travels except the one from Brussels, due to a lack of reservations. They certainly have announced it by e-mail. Some rooms at Ibis hotel will be available again tomorrow afternoon.
