Militant Cheerleaders on the Move "Strike One" CD
If the debut single "Freaks" presented you with hardhitting Electronic Body Music the new album "Strike One" have many more facets. You are of course presented with pure Electronic Body Music on tracks like "Absolute", "Black Flag" and "Neuropa". But "Strike One" also invites you to listen to more sophisticated electrotechno tunes on tracks like "Big Gun" and "Mask". And this is not all - the width of this release becomes evident when you suddenly are presented with the great electropop tune "War".
Militant Cheerleaders on the Move proves that you can do great music without being restricted to genres. Much of this due to the experience of the bands members - Pehr Herb, well-known and still active at the techno scene, together with Jonatan Svärd, coming from the electronica scene. This combination makes "Strike One" into something new and intriguing. "Strike One" builds on the heritage from bands like Nitzer Ebb and DAF, bringing it into the new millenium by adding new and intriguing elements.
Militant Cheerleaders on the Move brings you on a EBM, electro, techno, pop-journey with an album that will show people that great electronic music can be varied and inspiring - both in the stereo at home and when you hit the electronic dancefloors. Hi everybody,
It's been 4 weeks since the fateful attack on our server that got our webzine totally messed up and unable to run. In these 4 weeks our webmaster Mattias has been working his royal ass off to get it back online. Only after installing a completely new server and running all sorts of patches was he able to get everything back online for all our visitors.
In the next few days we'll start posting the articles that have been waiting to be published. I hope everybody will enjoy reading the webzine, especially those of you who have never been here before.
If you happen to find any of the articles worthy of more attention feel free to send out bulletins to all your friends and link them to the site. We spend a lot of time making the webzine and we hope lots of people will enjoy it!
