The Belgium gothic band Sengir is back with a lot of news. We are happy to announce that we have completed our 2nd album. It´s called "Sign Of Devotion" and will contain 11 songs:

Release Date
"Sign Of Devotion" will be released on January 23th 2006. You will soon be able to pre-order the album thru the Buzzville site at www.buzzville.be. The band will present their new CD on January 20th 2006. The show will take place at "Nijdrop" in Opwijk (BE).

Side-Line has been informed that the german act Beborn Beton have started the production of a new album. In a chat with Side-Line, Stefan Netschio says: "Three tracks are already done and the rest will be fixed during January and probably February 2006. All songs have been written during the last couple of years and now we are finalizing the tracks with our new producer." And the band seems to be very keen on the yet unnamed producer: "We witnessed a god at work, producing, sculpting and shaping the first songs of the album-to-be and we are happy to say that it was a very satisfying experience. In a recent question and answer with fans, Vince Clarke from Erasure has revealed that a recording session for radio 1 featuring songs re-recorded from the band's first album "Wonderland" was accidently 'erased' by an engineer at the BBC. The cock-up took place because the tape was labelled as "erasure"... In the same q+a session Clarke also said that the band will be using a combination of both analog and soft-synths for their next studio album for wich work will start after the release of their previously announce acoustic album. And Clarke adds: "We are thinking of making a more dance orientated record, as electronic sounding as possible." Erasure will most probably be touring the acoustic album in April 2006 with a bunch of musicians from the States including guitar, pedal steel, banjo etc. As for Erasure's 21st Birthday next year, they haven't got any plans at the moment, but a special 'fans only gig' might be an option.Source: www.side-line.com

IN FLAMES - Final cover artwork released
The final cover artwork for the upcoming IN FLAMES album has now finally been posted online at this location. »Come Clarity« will be issued on February 6th, 2006 and has already won its first "Album Of The Month" award – at Aardshock magazine/Netherlands.
KATAKLYSM - New album contains bonus DVD
Canadian death metallers KATAKLYSM will release their new album, »In the Arms of Devastation«, as a limited-edition double-disc featuring a bonus live DVD, entitled »The End of Serenity: Live in Strasbourg«. A rough-mix version of the brand-new track 'Like Angels Weeping (The Dark)', has been posted online at the Nuclear Blast Website. The album is due on February 24th.
