That it’s not the man in the moon alone who’s pleased with the new OOMPH! video to ‘Sandmann’ is shown by the current rewards of the biggest video platforms. With the video they not only convinced the German audience with the resurrection of the line “La Le Lu…” but also an international crowd. So ‘Sandmann’ not only cracks the Top 100 of the most watched videos, but also the Top 3 of the ‘Top Favourite’ music videos at Youtube. There’s, however, still room for improvements. “…wanna rock again, loud and wicked!” There’s no better way to describe the season start of ALL ENDS. Seems like yesterday, when ALL ENDS did such a great job on their support tour for OOMPH!, they had to play unscheduled encores and before you know it, the busy Swedes get back into their tour bus to tour Europe next week - together with EDGUY, this time. 36 shows in 14 countries, that’s only a brief conclusion of the ‘Deadache 2009 Europe Tour’ Germany, Netherlands, England, Ireland, France, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Serbia, Austria, Hungary, Czech, Finland and Sweden are the stations. A cheer for the united Europe; the monstrous start of this journey will be here in Germany! Between 29th January and 7th February, LORDI frighten 8 German cities, before they fall over the rest of Europe. When ‘The Chronicles of Spellborn’ came out last year, the band’s joy was overt. Apart from the band providing some of their songs for musical accentuation, “Some Game Fanatics” are amongst the band members according to Robert’s statement. The reaction was appropriate, when the world of ‘Spellborn’ eventually opened its gates. Some band members are said to be already in this gaming world to fight the perpetual fight of good against evil. It’s strange to say that German sound arts, in most cases, only seem to appeal to musically critical foreign-countries if it walks stray from the paths of overly exercised formulaic and predictable music. One of these artists, who’s never that much into following any of the current trends, but rather realizing his own vision of alternative German Indie Rock/Pop, is the singer and songwriter PHILIP BOA who has, through the years, always amazed with his refreshingly different approach to this kind of music, and without him it’s safe to assume the genre would have a much lower standing in the eyes of many, many people - interior or abroad.
