Ashbury Heights member and vocalist Yasmine announces on MySpace that she has left the Swedish duo after their final gig in Hamburg during the Out of Line tour. In her blogpost Yasmine writes: "Why I am doing this is not because of lack of energy or love for the band. There are no grudges to be held and the air within Ashbury Heights is free from any pollution. You see, this is something I have to do. I need to let go in order to build something of my own. Long we thought if and how the MNF was supposed to continue. With last year’s experiences we decided to go back to the roots again. With our initial concept, the fans and the music are given priority. We’re worried about the overall development of overpriced festivals “Cool music & party for little money.” is our old and new motto. Only this way, we can make the MNF a “from Fans – for fans” festival again.The bands are supposed to use us as platform to present themselves to you, a great audience. The MNF for us is idealism to certain extends and even though we mostly relied on this till now, it doesn’t keep from continuing for us and especially for you.

Back in the Top Ten! After the Californian Punk rock superstars, with their 2003 album ‘Splinter’, for the first time missed the Top Ten of the US Charts, the quartet succeeded in the triumphal comeback with their newest album ‘Rise And Fall, Rage And Grace’ in the en most-sold albums of the US. But not only the fans went nuts, also the critics attested Dexter Holland, Kevin "Noodles" Wasserman, Greg K. and Pete Parada to have delivered one of their best works to date with the new album.
