4 years after their DAC charting 2nd album "H20", the Belgian electro commando Nebula-H returns with the 3rd and final chapter of their "H" trilogy. And it will be a Big Bang as the new material can easily be situated between the "H" debut album (inc. the massive "Twilight Zone", "White Light" and more) and "H20" (feat. "Mobilis in mobile" and "Portrait of a soul"). The album also holds the first new material from the band's new main songwriter Noa, known from that other Belgian EBM formation Propulsion. Mika Goedrijk (THIS MORN' OMINA) from his side focused his expertise on the production aspect of the album this time resulting in material that reveals a harsher tone and a straighter attitude which is more or less reflecting the 'rage' feel that the band has been going through over the last 2 years. The band's most recent new material was tested out last month as support for Hocico and was extremly well received resulting in various concert bookings.- Details

To celebrates the band's 10 anniversary XPQ-21 is giving away a 37 minute medley compiling what the band has been about in the last decade. According to Jeyênne you could well summarize the past 10 years with the following: 2 relationships busted, 3 friendships fucked up, 1 finger broken, 10 band members worn out, 4 labels wasted and countless microphone stands deformed. All in all 10 years of ups and downs, 10 years of fights against companies, wannabe managers and music systems and 10 years of pleasure and pain. We wish the band another 10 years. Current band members include Jeyênne, Martin Hillebrand, Moritz Zielke and Alex Gsell. XPQ-21 was formed by Jeyênne and former member Nicque, who left the band August 4, 2003. Chicago, IL, April 2008. Washburn Guitars and Eden Electronics have recently signed a strategic partnership with Metal Battle that will take place worldwide. The Metal Battle started in 2005 and is a talent contest for unsigned heavy metal and rock bands. This year a total of 17 countries will participate and includes Germany, Belgium, France, Switzerland, Finland, Brazil, ex-Yugoslavia, Poland, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Norway, Austria, Italy, Israel, Greece, Lithuania and China. There will be at least one live heat in each country with 57 live heats in 2008 altogether. The competition will culminate at the international finale which will take place at the Wacken Open Air Festival from July 31st to August 2nd, 2008. Sure is: This isn’t a band, this is a way of life. This visionary band from the wastelands around Des Moines in Iowa has sold over 10 million albums worldwide. The last CD of these masked metal heads is already some days old and the community of the Maggots is impatiently waiting for the new material, which they will hopefully bring to their exclusive festival performance in Germany 2008.
